Water Beads

Water beads – also known as gel or sensory beads, Orbeez, Crystal soil, or water pearls – are small beads that absorb water and grow up to 100 times in size.

Water beads are nontoxic, but they can be very dangerous if swallowed.

The main risk is that they absorb water and swell inside the stomach or intestines, which can lead to a bowel obstruction (blockage). This can be come a medical emergency.
