What to do: Do not induce vomiting, as it increases risk for aspiration and these products are high risk. If no coughing, you can give small sips of fluids. Call Poison center immediately. Have bottle or product name available for assessment.

Symptoms: Risk for redness/irritation and in some cases, ocular injury

What to do: rinse the eye for 5-15 minutes, rest the eye for 1 hour away from bright lights, medicated drops, and additional rinsing. Call back to the poison center if there are any symptoms after resting. Rinse time depends on the oil type. Call Poison center for specific recommendations

What to do: rinse area with water or gentle soap for 5 minutes. May add a fragrance free moisturizer. Some oils may be absorbed through the skin, so call the Poison Center for additional assessment.
