Meghan King, MPH is the Chief Engagement and Communications Officer at Washington Poison Center (WAPC), where she oversees the Public Health Education Team in developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programming and activities. She additionally leads WAPC’s public health, emergency, and risk communications. Prior to WAPC, Meghan worked in health education and communications at local health jurisdictions, the federal government, and educational institutions. She received a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Washington in Community-Oriented Public Health Practice.
